I'm a Dedicated Nurse & Care for My Mom. I Was Temp. Unemployed & if I Lose My Car, I Lose My Job!
My Story:
I am a dedicated nurse that has cared for oncologic, orthopedic, and psychiatric patients throughout my career. I have a true passion for serving those in need and have plans to pursue an advanced degree when financially able. I reside alone but often assist my mother and grandparents with their health and financial needs.
Unfortunately, I lost my position at a local facility because they decided to downsize. I lost a month of employment which has put me into a very difficult position. Any savings I had were used for my rent, and I was forced to use credit cards to pay my other bills. I have regained employment, albeit with a significant pay cut, but despite my best efforts, I fell behind on my car payment. I'm worried daily about repossession; if I did not have a way to get to work, I would be fired, and it would not only affect me. A repossession would mean my mother has no way to get to her weekly dialysis treatments, and that would absolutely devastate her health.
I am asking for this one-time help paying my car note, so I can move on from this unexpected setback. This assistance will bring my car payment up to date and permit my mom to continue her life-saving treatment. I will be able to get to work and not have to lose my job simply because I can't get there. Thank you for your kindness and for taking the time to consider my story.
