My Story:
I am a married man with disabilities, and my wife is my world. She works for a healthcare agency.
Recently, she had to go on FMLA, so she could take care of me after I had a surgery. Because of this, she lost some valuable paychecks that could have gone toward our utility bills. Specifically, our heating bill is very high, and after taking care of our mortgage, we did not have enough left over to cover it. Once my social security disability payments kick in, we can avoid running into this issue in the future, but as of right now, we are facing shut off if we do not come up with the money soon.
I am requesting this assistance with our heating bill, so we can remain warm in our home. This act of kindness will give us the time we need for me to recover and my wife to return to work. With your help, we will be back on track again. Thank you.
