I'm a Singer & Dancer With HIV & This Medical Bill is Keeping Me From Paying Off My Other Ones!

My Story:

I am a 38-year-old Native American man that works full-time as a vocalist and dancer on cruise lines. I, fortunately, have been able to support myself for many years doing the thing I love the most, and I even help my family with expenses when I can.

I am between contracts at the moment, and whenever that is the case, I try to get all my usual medical appointments taken care of. Sadly, a year ago I was diagnosed with HIV. This means that I often need to get blood work done to check my levels. It was necessary for my health to do this when I did, but I was also between health insurances at the time. I know moving forward I am covered through the NC Medicaid Expansion Program, but it is now very difficult for me to pay off my medical bills. Just this one lab bill alone is so expensive.

I am humbly requesting assistance with this medical bill, so I can pay off my other ones. Your generous donation will allow me to stay on top of my other monthly bills like my cell phone which I really need whenever I go overseas. This help would really mean the world to me; I would be able to remain financially and physically healthy, so I can focus on doing what I love most: performing.
