I Can't Get My Son To & From School Because Our Car is Too Dangerous to Drive In! Help!
My Story:
I am a married mother of an 11-year-old boy who loves to draw. He is doing good in school and loves people. I work full-time as a patient access specialist at a hospital and enjoy putting a smile on our patients' faces.
Unfortunately, my vehicle suddenly became a safety concern; it needs general repairs and a new part that is integral to the car's engine. I can no longer pick my son up from school because I am too scared of us getting hurt while coming home. To make matters worse, my husband was laid off from his job, so we have been relying solely on my income for months. Thankfully, he has just returned to work, but it will still be a little while until he gets paid.
I am asking for assistance with our rent payment this month, so I can repair my vehicle and get current on everything. We will not have to pick between a safe care or safe home, and we would be so grateful. Thank you so much.
