I Was Laid Off From a Startup & Fell Behind While Waiting for Unemployment. We'll Be Evicted!

My Story:

I am a professional working to grow my business after being laid off from my previous job. My partner is growing a personal trainer business out of our home. We are actively working with several community leaders and volunteer programs to introduce our businesses to the city and provide services.

I was working at a startup company before getting laid off. I was not given any kind of subsidy to help with bills and instead was told to apply for unemployment. I did this, but in waiting for my unemployment, I fell behind. Thankfully, I have been hired at a local hospital, but now I am trying to catch up on 3 months of bills.

I am writing to request assistance with my rent, as I am facing eviction. This assistance will keep me from becoming homeless while I get situated in my new position. I can pay off my other bills and work out payment arrangements if necessary. I would appreciate this so much; thank you for any help you can provide.
