I'm a Single Mom & Can't Pay Our Mortgage After Separating With My Ex & My Son's ABA Therapy Bills!

My Story:

I am a single mother of two. One of my children is autistic and requires ABA therapy as well as other treatments. Until a few months ago, we were also living with my significant other and splitting bills with him. However, during this transition, I have started to fall short on bill payments due to a lack of help when my significant other and I separated.

My mortgage is due soon, and prior to our split, I was only responsible for half of it. This month, I have to find a way to cover it and the ABA therapy that my son does, which is much higher due to our insurance deductible resetting this year. I'm working hard to try to make up the lost household income, and we're scaling back as much as we can, but this month we won't be able to make our mortgage payment. I fear that I will get too far behind and that I won't be able to catch up when we do meet our insurance deductible, causing me to forfeit my mortgage agreement and lose our home. It is about to be winter, and my two children and I need to keep our roof over our heads, so as a mother, I'm very humbly asking for assistance with our mortgage.

This support will keep us current on our mortgage and allow us to get back to a place where we're stable. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel after this difficult transition, but we need a hand up to get there. It's been difficult to get back on track after my significant other left, but with this support, my children and I can remain in our home through the winter and beyond. Thank you.
