My Amazing Wife Has Cancer; It Is The Hardest Thing We've Ever Faced, & Our Landlord Doesn't Care!

My Story:

I am married to my awesome wife. We are a blended family; we both have 3 adult children and a total of 4 grandchildren. They all live in other states, so we miss them greatly. My wife had worked in the medical field for 25 years managing medical practices. Sadly, though, my wife was diagnosed with cancer and needed 2 emergency surgeries. This quickly became the hardest thing we've ever had to face.

I had to take time off work to care for her, so we fell behind on some bills. We have been able to catch up on everything except our rent which is now past due. Our landlord is threatening to evict us immediately if the rent is not paid, and this would be the absolute worst thing to happen after everything we have been through. We will be homeless soon, as we do not have any reserves left to pull from. Fortunately, I am back at work full-time, and in fact, I was able to take a shift change to increase my regular wage. This allows me to stay home with my wife and get her to her medical appointments. Furthermore, my wife is in the process of applying for a part-time work-from-home job, so she can help improve our finances. We're doing everything we can to get stable, but we desperately need help with our rent or all of that work will be for nothing.

For the safety of my family, I'm asking for assistance with our past due rent. This generous gift will allow us to remain housed while my wife continues treatment. We will be able to get back on track with everything moving forward, so this one-time help really would save our family. Thank you.
