I'm a Proud Single Mom of a Cheerleader & After Repairing Our Family Car, I Fell Behind on Rent!

My Story:

I am a single mom with one daughter who is a cheerleader and would like to attend college next year. I work a full-time for the State of Florida and use my car to travel to 11 different counties.

Since my job depends on my car, I had no choice but to fix it when it needed four new tires and an air compressor. The repairs cost a lot, and now I am worried about eviction. I couldn't pay my rent on time, but I was able to pay everything else. Even though the landlord is showing me some mercy, the eviction process will start soon. I don't want my daughter to have to work while in school, but she has started looking for a part-time job just to help out. I have interviews for a second job coming up which will help also.

We are asking for help with our rent. This will keep my girl and I safe and off the street. It will ensure that we do not lose our home. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story and help if you can.
