I'm a Single Mom of Twins With No Support System.We've Fallen Behind on Rent!
My Story:
I am a single mom to two beautiful twin daughters; their names are Madison and Makenzie, and they're 5. Madison is one of the sweetest little girls I have ever met; she's intelligent, caring, and loves puzzles and movies. Makenzie is super brave; she loves to talk and make new friends wherever she goes. Makenzie wants to know the why's of everything in life. They both enjoy watching movies, playing with their Barbies, and using their imagination to play 'Teacher'. Ever since I became a mom, I have tried my hardest to make the best decisions for my daughters.
I've been searching to find the perfect job for me which would mean it works with my daughters' school schedule. I live paycheck to paycheck, so I'm always low on money. Between paying my bills and taking care of my daughters, I'm always trying to find more income. I moved a few months ago, and I've been able to pay everything on time since, however, I'm short on rent for this month because I have a garnishment coming out of my checks. If I do not pay it soon, they'll file for eviction. I don't have any family support, and I'm afraid of losing my place. I'm petrified that my daughters and I will be out of a home. With the garnishment coming out of my checks, I must decide whether to pay my rent (which I currently do not have enough for), car note, utilities, or my daughters' after-school care tuition.
This gracious assistance will not just pay my rent; it will allow for me to pay my utilities, car note, and daughters' tuition for after-school care. I would be able to start saving for moments like this that come up in the future while I search for a better job. Getting this help would put my mind at ease, calm my nerves, and allow me to breathe. I'd finally sleep peacefully at night knowing that we have a roof over our head. I would be extremely grateful for all the help my daughters and I received.
