I Was Medically Discharged From The Army. We Can't Cover Electric After Tons of Medical Bills!
My Story:
I'm a 100% disabled veteran with a wife, 2 boy toddlers, and a 2-month-old, new baby girl. Sadly, I'm making less than half of what I was making while active duty in the Army. I was very badly injured and medically discharged, and I cannot work because of this.
The medical bills because of my injuries and illnesses are really piling up, and we have exhausted both our savings and 401k trying to pay for it all. We have no way to catch up on everything after my accident. Our electric bill has fallen behind, and it is at the point where I will be reported to the collection's bureau. This will ruin my credit score and cause us to fall even further behind.
This act of kindness with our electric bill will jumpstart us back onto our feet. It will be one less thing we have to pay for and worry about, giving us the opportunity to catch up. It would mean so much to my family to receive this assistance.
