My 1 Year Old Daughter Just Beat Liver Cancer, but Her Medical Bills Put Us Behind on Rent! Help!
My Story:
I am a married mother of a 1 and a 1/2-year-old baby girl who just beat liver cancer. She was hospitalized and in treatment for over 7 months. She had chemo treatments that would've made some adults sick, and there were times where I didn't know if she was going to make it.
I had to take time off from work to care for my daughter and be by her side overnight in the hospital. Eventually, this cost me my job, and I had to use every bit of my savings to survive. I just recently got a new job, but her medical expenses and a temporary loss of income while I was between jobs have put us behind, and now, we're on the verge of losing our home.
Now that I'm working again, I'll be able to afford all of my bills in the future, but I'm currently two months behind on my rent, and my landlord is ready to file for eviction. If you could please help us catch up on our rent, your help would literally change our lives. This assistance will keep us from being homeless and will show my daughter that there are good people in the world. This help would be greatly appreciated and never forgotten, and I'm truly grateful for any help you can offer. Thank you.
