The Place I Was Working Closed Down & Then I Got Into A Car Accident. I Am Now Facing Eviction!

My Story:

I am a single female, and I live by myself. During my free time I like to work out and take long hikes. I just started working full time at FEMA as a customer service representative after losing my job back in January. I was managing a gym, but then it went out of business. After the gym was closed, I started working temporary jobs. I have done Door Dash, other delivery services, and jobs through temp agencies. I decided to redo my resume, and I applied to over 50 jobs. I finally landed a job as a customer service representative remotely.

Sadly, right before I landed the job, I got in a car accident. I didn't have car insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs. It set my already-behind bills back even further. I had to pay for car insurance, car repairs, and fees to get my license plates back. I was forced to pay to get my car fixed because, at the time, I was using my car to make money. The delivery jobs were not steady income, so I was not able to set any savings aside, and that money was supposed to go toward my rent. I have been living day by day with different odd jobs.

I am asking for assistance to pay my rent which is 6 months behind. I was really unable to pay after the car repairs. I was forced to pay to get my car fixed because, at the time, I was using my car to make money. Now, I am facing eviction. I would love to stay here; my apartment is in a great location. I have finally got a full-time job; I just need a little help to get back on track with a clean slate. I really don't want to experience eviction. This act of kindness would have a long-lasting impact on my financial situation and propel me forward in the right direction. I hope to start saving up, so I can buy a home one day.
