I'm A Veteran and Single Dad on Mental Health Leave From Work. I Can't Afford Therapy! Please Help!

My Story:

I am a single father and veteran of a smart 5-year-old daughter. I work full time in customer care relations at T-Mobile.

I have been living paycheck to paycheck with no health insurance and could really use some assistance paying for my therapy bills. These sessions are essential to my mental health; I had to take a leave from work because my anxiety and stress keeps me from doing my job. I pushed back my sessions to try to get ahead on some of the bills, but I could lose my job if I do not recover. I reached out to a few veteran organizations, but I do not want to make a mental health claim with the VA because I want to get back into the military soon.

This one-time kindness will grant me a chance to pick up the pieces of my life. I want to get on the right path, so I can continue to be a great dad to my daughter. It will make a long-lasting impact for my daughter and I, as this is my last cry for help.
