After Losing Two Months of Work to a Medical Condition, I Need Help Keeping My Internet On Please!
My Story:
I'm a single woman living on my own and battling a disability that sometimes keeps me from working. I take immense pleasure in spending time with my family and, whenever possible, visiting my hometown of Chicago, Illinois. Listening to music and cooking are among my favorite hobbies, providing solace and joy in my daily life. Currently, I am striving to rebuild my life and regain stability before pursuing my dream of finishing school for business management. Establishing a routine is crucial for me, as it sets the foundation for achieving my aspirations.
Unfortunately, a lot of my plans were put on hold when I experienced a significant setback after I lost my job due to a medical condition. The resulting absence from work lasted nearly two months, during which I faced mounting bills and financial strain. To make matters worse, my car broke down, requiring repairs that amounted to over $4,000. Overwhelmed by the financial burden and considering my options, I made the difficult decision not to repair my car and relinquish it. However, I am still burdened with monthly car payments, compounding my financial responsibilities. Being without a vehicle has further exacerbated my expenses and transportation challenges. Still, I'm doing the best that I can to keep up and continue to work. Right now though, I'm struggling to cover an internet bill that's two months past due, and I desperately need assistance with catching up on that.
Keeping our internet on is really important to my ability to keep working, so having assistance with this bill would be a tremendous help. I am determined to work hard, make the most of this opportunity, and ultimately become self-sufficient once again.
