From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!! It is just getting truly hot in Arizona and we were dangerously close to losing electricity. My daughter desperately needs it for her feeding and numerous other needs. I knew that if we were vulnerable, people would come through. However, I did not expect it so quickly. To be completely transparent, I was close to losing hope for our situation getting better. You helped my husband and I stay strong so we can continue to provide for our daughter. We have been in contact with our company and will be able to catch up on our bill. We were also dependent on state insurance for a while and we will be giving that up next month, so again, it is so greatly appreciated. Our Electric Bill is Past Due. Our Daughter Relies on Home Medical Equipment! Please Help!
My Story:
I am a married mother of one medically dependent toddler. My daughter is exploring the world for the first time and discovering how much she loves food. Music and dancing are her favorite things. I also have a sweet senior dog, who loves my toddler more than anyone. I work full-time as a project coordinator in higher education, and my husband is currently disabled and is not receiving any income.
We have had numerous issues with expenses over the last two years. Between my medical concerns during pregnancy, my husband's disability, and our daughter's ongoing crises - we have not had any respite financially and have had numerous unexpected expenses pop up. Our car has no air conditioning, and we had to get that fixed since we live in Arizona and summer is right around the corner. That expense has thrown our budget for the last two months completely off balance, and we're struggling to get caught up with our electricity bill as a result.
Our daughter is heavily dependent on electricity and a familiar environment due to her medical concerns. Losing our power would be devastating, and we wouldn't be able to remain in our home without electricity due to our daughter's condition. I am the primary caregiver for our daughter as well as the only full-time worker. My husband has occasional part-time tasks, but he can only do a little because of his disability. We simply don't have the means to catch up after paying for our vehicle repairs, and so I'm humbly asking for assistance with our electric bill before it's too late. I greatly appreciate any consideration we're given, and if we have help this time, we can work towards turning things around and soon bless others.
