I woke up this morning to the best news possible. I was in shock, to be honest. The words thank you are not an adequate depiction of my gratitude. As a single mom I do struggle, however, I have always found a way. This bill was a bit more defeating as I just couldn't find a way to pay it. I've worked hard to get us where we are today, and the thought of being unable to drive to much-needed doctor's appointments for both of my kids had caused more stress than I am used to handling. You have given me a gift I will always be thankful for. To each of the donors, I can't thank you enough. Each of you played a special role in my parenting journey. I will forever be grateful.
My Children's Chronic Health Issues Have Limited Our Budget. Please Help Me Renew My Registration!
My Story:
I am a single mom of two amazing kids, both of whom have chronic health issues. I do my best to support them, and I do it all on my own from doctors' appointments to fighting with their schools for accommodation. My children's chronic health issues have made our financial situation very difficult. One kiddo will need medications and then the next will need their prescription refilled, and that all adds up. Other times, I'll need to take some time off for their appointments. As a result, I have a very hard time covering large expenses or other expenses that are unexpected.
Right now, I'm having a hard time coming up with what I need to renew my car's registration. I know have a few of my own health issues popping up and have to put them off until I can fix this problem with my registration. I use my car for everything including work, school drop-offs and pick-ups, doctor's appointments, and trips to either Urgent Care or the ER. I am currently driving on an expired registration and fear my car will be impounded. I can't lose my car. I've worked hard to get it and while every month is a struggle, I manage, but I can't manage this bill. I am also a Little League coach for my son's team and the season is about to start, but without my car, I won't be able to do that. Everything I do is for my kids, and while it's not easy to ask for help, I know that I must for their sake. With that said, I would be very grateful for assistance with getting my registration renewed. Thank you in advance, and I promise that I will find a way to pay it forward.
