I Lost Work While Struggling with Depression. My Disability Was Wrongly Denied & I Need Help Please!

My Story:

I am a full-time student, and in addition to my schoolwork, I work full-time. I currently attend the University of Maryland Global Campus. My major is business administration, and I hope to work in either marketing or project management someday.

Recently, I was put on intermittent leave due to having a major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety. I'm on leave for 4 days out of the week, only allowing me to attend work once a week. Because of this, my employer prompted me to file for disability leave to cover the four days that I'm out of work so I can stay afloat. Unfortunately, this did not happen because my claim was denied only because my primary physician claimed they didn't write me out of work for the specified time. My employer as well as myself have that document stating that she did so write me out for a period of time, and if that was not the case, I would've never got time off of work from my employer due to the disorders that I'm dealing with. Because of this situation, I have fallen behind on all of my bills.

My biggest concern is with my phone bill. I'm a few months behind on it now, and if my service gets shut-off I'll struggle to keep my job and do my school work. I'm very humbly asking for assistance with this bill because without it, I'll lose my job and I'll have to drop out of school. Thank you in advance to everyone who supports me with this phone bill, and I promise that I will never forget the generosity I'm shown.
