My Wife's Medical Issues Have Kept Me Out of Work, & We Need Help Keeping Our Car!
My Story:
I'm married to a wonderful woman, and I'm so happy to be able to call her my wife. We are empty nesters, but we do have a 'fur baby' living with us. She's my wife's service dog, and we love her very much. My wife has several medical issues that require around the clock attention at times. While her service dog can handle a lot of her needs, sometimes she needs me to remain at home with her. This has limited my capacity to work as of late, and so we're really struggling financially.
I work as much as I can, but we're in a really bad situation financially because I can't bring in enough to keep up. Currently, we're living in a hotel after we were forced to move out of our old home when our rent was increased. We're searching for new housing, but we don't have the means to save enough money to afford a security deposit or anything like that. On top of that, we're behind on our car payment, and we're struggling to keep up with that. That's our most urgent need, as losing our car would make our situation almost impossible to manage, so I'm very humbly asking for assistance with our car note.
If we receive this assistance, we'll be able to hold onto our only vehicle. Most importantly, I'll be able to keep working and taking my wife to and from her medical appointments. This would also free up more of our income to go towards finding a new home. Ultimately, this help would save us from a very difficult financial situation, and I promise that once we're back on our feet, we'll find a way to pay the kindness we're shown forward.
