After Paying for Car Repairs, We're Struggling to Keep Our Phones Connected! Please Help.

My Story:

I am a happily married mother of one. Our 4-year-old (soon to be 5 years old) is the life of the party thanks to a very outgoing personality and a love of dinosaurs and unicorns. My husband works in IT for a bank, and I work as a fraud specialist for a bank as well.

My husband and I live in a hotel and are currently trying to find an apartment. This is the source of a lot of our hardship and because we are paying frequently for the hotel, it causes us to have to stretch our paychecks. We pay for our car insurance every six months, and we had to renew the insurance earlier in February. This is our first time paying the insurance in one lump sum, and it couldn't have come at a worse time for us. Not only are we living in temporary and relatively expensive housing, but our car recently broke down, and we had to make much-needed repairs. Without our vehicle, my husband and I wouldn't have been able to work, so it was vital that we make the repairs as soon as possible. We also need our car insurance to continue to safely drive our vehicle, so we went ahead and paid that expense. Now, we don't have anything left over to cover our other bills, and we're behind on our phone bill currently.

We depend on our phones for everything, especially for our jobs. We've been able to make payment arrangements for this bill, but even with those in place, we're just weeks away from losing our service because of the car repairs we had to make. I'm very humbly asking for assistance with our phone bill, and we would be very grateful to receive help with this bill. With this assistance, we'll be able to keep our jobs and continue our search for a permanent home.
