After My Ex-husband Left Us, I've Struggled Financially. I Found a Better Job, but We Need Help!

My Story:

I'm a single mother, and I have one wonderful child. She just recently graduated high school, and she's deciding on what she wants to do with her future. She's tried to find full-time work, but that's been a struggle, so she's working part-time jobs right now. However, she's struggled to keep up her hours because we only have one vehicle, so she's only able to work shifts when I'm able to leave work to take her to them. As a result, we live pretty much from paycheck to paycheck.

I haven't always had to support myself and my daughter on my own. Two years ago, my ex husband moved out and left us to fend for ourselves without warning. I've struggled to adjust to that situation, but I've since found a better paying job, and we're finally starting to find some stability. However, I didn't find the new job in time to keep up with our rent, so we're behind on it by about a month now. I'm looking for ways to downsize as soon as possible, but that's not going to be possible until I can get caught up on our rent.

I'm very humbly asking for assistance with our rent so that we can get caught up and look towards downsizing. Ultimately, this assistance would give me and my daughter some much-needed stability, as we'll be able to stay on track going forward. It's been difficult to rebuild since my daughter's father left us, but this support would be a huge source of strength for us at this time, and for that, we would be very grateful.
