I'm on Maternity Leave, & I Need Help Covering My Car Payment Please!

My Story:

I am a single mom with two wonderful and lovely daughters. My husband and I separated in September, and it's been difficult for my daughters and me to adjust. With all this going on, I have worked really hard to continue to provide my daughters with everything they need despite my financial hardship. My 8-year-old is a smart loving girl who enjoys reading, school, dancing, and playing with her dolls. My 4-year-old is a sweet loving child who enjoys learning and dancing. They are both enrolled in dance classes which they truly love. I work full-time as a school speech language pathologist.

In addition to my two daughters, I'm about to welcome a new member of our family to the world. Currently, I'm pregnant, and I'm expecting to give birth next week. Since me and my husband separated, I'm entirely on my own financially, and my employer doesn't offer paid maternity leave. I've already taken my leave, and I'm not going to head back to work for at least a few more weeks. Without my ex-husband's income and my own income, I don't have the means to keep up with all of my bills, and I'm really worried about losing our only vehicle.

I'm humbly asking for help with covering my car payment while I'm on maternity leave. My kids and I rely on our car to get around especially since it is difficult to find public transportation where we live. I take my kids to school, their extracurricular activities, and grocery shopping, which is typically far away. This assistance would tide us over until I'm able to return to work. At that point, we'll be much more stable, and I promise that I will find a way to pay this assistance forward when we're able to. Thank you.
