We Had to Replace the Battery in Our Only Vehicle At the Expense of Our Electric Bill! Please Help!

My Story:

I am a full-time college student working on my degree from home. My husband works full-time, and my two kids are full-time students. One of our children is a basketball star while the other is an artist in the making! They both love their school, and we all go to the beach every weekend, as a tradition! I've recently stopped working full-time so that I may attend school online. My goal is to get my degree as quickly as possible so that I can help build a more stable future for my family.

Unfortunately the vehicle my husband uses to go to work every day is non-operable anymore, so he's recently started to drive mine since I'm at home anyway. This week the battery in my car died, and we had to replace it and the connections. It was more than we had to spend, but he has to get to work. We had to sacrifice paying our electric bill in order to cover the repairs, and now, we're facing an imminent shut-off unless we receive assistance.

For the sake of my whole family it's very important for us to keep our power on. Without electricity, we'll have to abandon our home and live out of a hotel until we find a solution. I'm not sure how we would recover from that, but the thought of facing a situation like that terrifies me, so I'm very humbly asking for assistance with our electric bill. Truly, we would be very appreciative of any support we receive, and I promise that I will do what I can to make sure we pay the generosity we're shown forward. Thank you, and we will never forget this.
