I'm a Military Veteran Seeking Employment, & I Need Help Repairing My Only Vehicle Please!
My Story:
I'm married, and my wife and I have a lovely daughter. She's 6 years old, and she's just a bundle of joy. Like most children, she's very honest and genuine, but at the same time she's kind and sweet to everyone and everything around her. Her dream is to become a doctor someday.
I'm a military veteran, and I served in the Army and was stationed overseas. I left the service a little over five years ago to be with my wife and daughter, and since then it's been difficult for me to fully establish myself. Currently, I'm unemployed, and I'm looking for a new job, but I haven't had any luck finding a new position yet. We do receive income through the VA, so that has kept us afloat, but with that and my wife's part-time job being our only sources of income, we live mostly check to check and have a very strict budget. So, when our car broke down, my wife and I started to panic because we don't have the funds to repair it.
We rely on our vehicle for almost everything, so we're very humbly asking for help with getting it repaired. Without it, I've been struggling to get to job interviews and have been late to a few because I have to rely on rides from friends or from Ubers. I'm sure that's cost me at least one or two job offers. Even when I do pick up work again, I won't be able to get to work easily without our vehicle. With that said, my wife and I would be very grateful for this assistance because it would put us on track again financially, and it will do a lot to help me find stable work again. Thank you.
