I'm a Veteran & Single Mother Struggling to Keep Up with Our Car Note After I Left the Military!

My Story:

I am a recently separated veteran with two children, ages 3 and 1 year(s) old. After I left the military, we faced some difficult times, and those have gotten even more difficult because my children's father isn't currently in the picture. Still, I'm doing my best to enjoy and savor the time that I get to spend with my children watching them laugh and play with each other.

After leaving the military, I had a hard time finding consistent, full-time employment. As a result, we live from check to check, and I've burned through my savings just to keep us afloat. Now, I'm working full-time, but childcare expenses have put a huge dent in what I'm able to bring in, so our situation hasn't improved as much as I had hoped it would when I found this job. Right now, we're behind on two major bills, our car payment and our car insurance payment because I still don't have enough coming in to catch up on these two bills alongside all of our other expenses. For that reason, I'm very humbly asking for assistance with getting these two bills current again.

We rely on our vehicle for almost everything, and without it, I'll lose my job and my children will lose their spots in the daycare programs. That's why this assistance would have a huge impact on us and our situation. I'll be able to keep working, and my kids can stay in daycare. On top of that, it will get us current with all of our bills again so that we can stop playing catch up. For all of those reasons, I would be very grateful for this assistance, and I promise that we will find a way to repay the kindness we're shown. Thank you.
