After Getting Sick with COVID, I Need Help with a Medical Bill Please!
My Story:
I'm 46 years old, and I live on my own. I support myself entirely on my own as well, and I work full-time in order to pay my bills. Still, I live paycheck to paycheck, so when I became severely ill due to COVID earlier this year, I started to have a hard time financially.
In January, I contracted COVID and became extremely ill. I had to be taken to hospital in an ambulance and was there for 4 days. I continue to have breathing and lung damage. As a result of this illness, I am currently seeing a neurologist, cardiologist, lung doctors, my primary doctor, and others. I'm still on partial leave as a result of these medical issues, and while I'm able to handle all of my monthly bills, I'm not able to keep up with all of the medical bills that I've incurred. I'm really worried because one of these bills is about to be sent to collections, and I'm worried that it will destroy my credit or even lead to me having my wages garnished.
I'm very worried about having this bill sent to collections, so I'm humbly asking for assistance with it. With this help, I can focus on my health and getting back to working full-time again. Thanks to the support of my doctors, I'm slowly getting back on my feet again and will return to working full-time again soon. Until then, I would be very grateful to all of the people who allow me to continue to get stronger and healthier. Thank you all for this assistance with my medical bill.
