My Mother Needs Our Car To Get to Medical Treatments! Please Help Save Our Car!
My Story:
My mother and I currently live in Colorado. We enjoy simple things like taking short walks to aid in my recovery from a recent surgery I had, and we like doing lots of crafts. We are mostly homebodies, and we like to stay home and do all sorts of fun things around the house like board games and things like that. My mom and I also like playing with her small support dogs, both of whom are very cute.
Our hardship began when I had to have the aforementioned surgery. In summary, my recovery was supposed to be only one week; unfortunately, it lasted over six weeks, and I was unable to return to work during that time. While I was out of work, I was only able to receive short-term disability benefits, and those didn't cover nearly what I was used to making. Even though I'm working again, we're struggling to get caught up, and no matter how hard I try, I can't seem to get up to date on our car payment. Now, we're on the verge of losing our only means of transportation, and we desperately need help before it's repossessed.
Not only do I rely on our vehicle to get to and from work, but my mother also relies on it to get to and from her many medical appointments. I'm worried that if we lose it, her health will suffer as a result. So, with that said, we would feel very humbled and blessed to receive assistance with our car payment. Her treatments are about 70 miles away from our home, so this assistance would truly be lifesaving for my mother. For that reason, I promise that we will never forget the kind and caring people who come together to keep our vehicle from being repossessed.
