Our Phones Were Just Shut-Off, & Now Our Electricity & Internet Are Next! Please Help!

My Story:

I'm a single mother of two, both girls, and both are currently living with me. My oldest daughter is 23 years old, and she just moved back in with us because she's been struggling financially due to the pandemic. My youngest daughter is 12 years old, and she's been battling some medical issues over the past few years. Getting her the treatment that she needs has always cut into our income, but I have to keep her healthy any way I can. Still, it means that even when I'm working full-time, we're still always just barely scraping by and living mostly paycheck to paycheck with little to put away for emergencies.

The past few months have been exceptionally difficult for my family. It really all began when my hours got cut in half. We were barely able to afford our bills as it was, but now, we're behind on everything. In fact, we just had our phones disconnected today due to non-payment. The situation that we're in is getting increasingly desperate, and no matter how hard we try, we can't seem to find a way out. I'm about to start a second job, and my oldest daughter is looking for work, but we're still not going to be able to catch up on everything that we fell behind on. So, I'm asking for assistance with getting our phones turned back on, with our electric bill, and with our internet bill.

Having help with these three bills would put my family back on track just as I'm starting my second job. We'll be able to start using our phones again, and we'll be able to keep our lights and internet service on as well. However, most importantly, I'll be able to continue getting my daughter the care that she needs. As a mother, nothing means more to me than the future of my children. This help would give me an opportunity to give them both the stability that they need to lead successful and fulfilling lives. For that, I couldn't be more grateful, and so, I would like to thank all of the generous people who assist us with these three bills. We will truly never forget the kindness and compassion we're shown.
