I Lost My Job, Our Landlord Isn't Renewing Our Lease, & Now I Can't Afford Our Car Payment!

My Story:

I'm raising my son on my own, and he's the center of my universe. I love him very much, and I enjoy spending time with him and our three dogs. We rescued all three of them, and they're my son's best friends. We spend a lot of time outdoors with them, and I take them all swimming when we have the time. My son is still doing all of his schooling online due to the pandemic, and we're really struggling after I lost my job working for the VA due to cutbacks from the pandemic.

I was working at my job for three years, but we always tended to live from paycheck to paycheck, so I don't have much of a savings to rely on while I look for work. On top of losing my job, my landlord recently informed me that he's not going to be renewing our lease. So now, we have to move, and that's going to be very expensive. I'm still searching for work, and now that we have to move, I don't have enough money to cover what we owe on our car payment. I'm very worried that we're going to lose our car now, and if that happens, I don't know what we'll do because I won't be able to continue my job search.

I've applied for so many jobs, but I can't find anything that's set in stone. I'll get accepted to a job, receive a start date, and then I'll never get the info that I need to begin working and all communication will cease. It's difficult to keep my hopes up, but I know that for the sake of my family, I have to keep trying and keep pushing ahead. Still, if we lose our car, that will be very difficult for us to do, so I'm very humbly asking for assistance with our car payment.

We're at a very pivotal moment in our lives, and this assistance would ensure that we're able to go down the right path. With this generous help, we'll be able to keep our car, I'll be able to find a job, and we'll be able to move into a new home more easily. I'm praying that I can find work again soon, but until then, this help would be much appreciated, and we would be forever grateful for it.
