I'm Just Getting Back to Work, but My Family Needs Help Repairing Our Vehicle First Please!

My Story:

I'm a married mother of four, and my husband and I just celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary last month! Our children are, 15, 13, 8, and 4 years old, three daughters and a son. Our children our wonderful, and we're so proud of all of them. My 15-year-old daughter is a gifted track athlete and is breaking records in her school. She is in the drama club and has a leading role in her high school play this weekend! She is also a competitive dancer. Our 13-year-old daughter is also gifted with a beautiful singing voice! She is very serious about choir, and she loves to read. Our 8-year-old daughter is a little artist! She spends most of her time drawing, painting, and crafting. If she isn't creating, she is playing outside with her siblings and the neighbors daughter. Finally, our 4-year-old son is the wild one, and he is very spirited! He loves to help dad tinker with projects, and he likes to play baseball.

My husband and I work very hard to support our family, and we're both journeymen construction laborers. I have only recently returned to work because my children needed to be homeschooled throughout the pandemic. I'm glad to finally be working again, but it's been a battle to keep our family afloat through the time that I wasn't able to work. We just recently caught up on all of our bills, but now we're facing a new crisis.

All of our vehicles are currently failing. We have three older model cars, and all of them need repairs to be roadworthy again. We've always tried to be fiscally responsible by paying for our vehicles in cash so that we don't have unwieldy car payments from month to month. However, this means that we are left open to having to pay for repairs, and most of the time we can handle that, but right now, after I've been out of work for more than a year, we're struggling to find enough to cover the repairs that we need to have done.

We're down to one, barely working, vehicle right now, and it's already forced me to miss work. We're being dug deeper and deeper into a hole financially, and we can't escape without help. So, I'm very humbly asking for assistance with the repairs that we need to make to our vehicles. This support would allow me to get back to work, and it would dig us out of the hole that we're in once and for all. Thank you all in advance for your kindness and generosity.
