I Haven't Worked Consistently Since October! Please Help Me Keep My Family's Lights & Internet On!

My Story:

I'm a loving husband and father, and even though our children have grown up and moved out, my wife and I like to keep a home for them to come visit any time. We're a very close-knit family, and we really cherish all the time that we do get to spend together, even if it is a little rarer now that our kids are grown up. I also often have to travel for work a lot because I'm a utility inspector on a pipeline, and that keeps me away form home for weeks at a time some seasons.

My job has been pretty significantly impacted by COVID, but work has picked up a lot since then. However, lately, it's started to slow down again, almost to a halt this time. I haven't worked more than two days out of the week since October, and it's really causing my family a lot of financial hardship. Still, I have faith that we can keep pushing through the hardship that we're facing, and I think my work will start to pick up again soon. I will say too, the stress of the situation we're in is starting to take a toll on me. Every bill that we can't pay feels like a punch in the gut, and it's even causing me to drop a lot of weight at an alarming rate.

Right now, we're behind on our electric bill, our phone bill, and our internet bill. We don't have enough coming in to catch up on any of those, and I'm worried that we're going to have those services shut-off in just a matter of weeks without help. Keeping our lights on is definitely important, but beyond that, I need my phone and internet service to stay in touch with the company that I get jobs from, so without that, I can't do my job. That's why I'm reaching out for this assistance with those three bills. We would be deeply humbled and would feel blessed to receive this assistance. It will see us through a difficult time, and my family will be much better off in the long-term. For that, I want to thank everyone who takes the time to consider my family for this generous assistance.
