After Struggling with Homelessness Once Before, I Need Help Avoiding it Again Please!

My Story:

I'm a single 25-year-old woman, and after years of bouncing around from house to house and being homeless, I've finally managed to get on track and find a home of my own. I love to read, and I have a passion for helping others. Once I get completely on top of my financial situation, I'm looking to go to school to become a social worker. After being completely out of work for a while, I've managed to find a full-time job again, and while I can keep up with my bills, it doesn't pay me enough to get me completely caught up on everything I fell behind on.

Last year, I was out of work for over a month after getting sick with COVID. My employer at the time wasn't offering any sick leave or paid-time-off, so I went without pay the entire time that I was out. Shortly after that, I started to fall in and out of employment, and I've only recently found consistent, full-time work again. Even with a full-time job, I'm still struggling to catch up on everything that I fell behind on, and I'm really worried that I could lose my home soon. I'm significantly behind on my rent, and I'm facing imminent eviction.

I'm very humbly seeking assistance with my rent so that I can avoid eviction and get completely back on top of my financial situation again. With this help, I'll be able to focus on my new job, accomplish my dream of going to school to do social work, and most importantly, I can avoid becoming homeless again. It took me a lot of time and hard work to rebuild my life after moving from home to home, and it would be devastating to have to go through all of that again. That's why I would be very grateful to all of the people who help me avoid becoming homeless again. It would mean so much to me to get this help, and I promise to pay it forward to someone else in need in the near future.
