I Finally Found Work Again, but I Need Help Keeping Our Phones On Please!

My Story:

I am a 35 year old single mother of two handsome little boys. I have a 3-year-old and a 5-month-old, and they are my world. Like most 3-year-olds, my son is very energetic and keeps me on my toes, but he is also a wonderful big brother. My 5-month-old is such a happy baby, and of course, he loves attention. He loves for his big brother to sing to him and talk to him when he is fussing. My two boys mean everything to me, and it's important for me as a mother to make sure they're always taken care of.

I work part-time as a direct care worker doing personal care in private homes. I have been in this field for 17 years, and I absolutely enjoy my job. I recently branched off to work on the more administrative side of the medical field and am enjoying that as well. However, before I started working at that job, I was working for a different company when the pandemic began and was laid-off at that time. It took me almost a full year to go back to work, and I returned a few months after my youngest son was born. While I was unemployed, I wasn't able to receive unemployment benefits, and when I returned, I could only do part-time work while caring for my infant. Being without income for that long caused me to get behind on almost all of our bills, and it's been hard to catch up while only working part-time. Right now, I'm worried that our phones are going to be shut-off because we're so far behind on that bill. So, I'm humbly asking for assistance with that overdue bill.

My biggest concern with having my phone shut-off is that I'll lose my job because I don't have any other way to easily keep in touch with work. On top of that, with our phone bill taken care of, I'll be able to put money towards our other bills and towards keeping a roof over our heads. It's been a difficult year for us, but we're finally headed in the right direction, and with this help, I know we can get to a point where we're stable again. Thank you all in advance for your generosity and kindness.
