After Replacing My Tires, I Can't Afford My Power Bill & Need Help Please!

My Story:

I am a single Marine Corps veteran who currently works as an essential employee at a company that produces dog food. I enjoy spending time outside and reading true crime novels, listening to podcasts, and watching television shows. I typically live paycheck to paycheck which makes it difficult to deal with unexpected expenses as they come, and it makes it impossible to deal with them when they come all at once.

As of late, my unexpected expenses have really piled on top of one another, and I'm having a lot of difficulty paying some of my bills. Due to struggling to keep up with other bills - such as rent, my car loan, and car insurance - I have fallen behind on my electricity bill. A lot of my hardship is the result of leaving a mentally abusive relationship late last year. I had just resigned my lease before deciding to end things, so managing my rent on my own became more difficult. On top of that, I found a screw in my tire that ruined it and--due to Subaru's manufacturer specifications--I had to replace 4 tires on my car. Instead of being able to pay my electric bill, I had to use that money to pay for the new tires. As a result, I'm very far behind on my electric bill and am facing a shut-off, or eventually homelessness if I fall too far behind on my other bills as well.

As I type this, it's four o'clock in the morning. Due to the situation I'm in, I've been unable to sleep soundly because of the stress that I'm under. I'm terrified of the effect that losing my electricity could eventually have on my finances, so I'm very humbly asking for help with my electric bill.

Getting this assistance would make a huge impact on my life. I'll be able to move past this situation and get back on track almost immediately too. I want to do my part to pay this assistance forward as soon as I possibly can because I know how meaningful this assistance would be to me, and I want to give someone in my situation the same gift you all are giving me by offering this support.
