This person has left the following thank you note:

User-submitted image - Click to see real sizeTo all of those who sacrificed their resources, I am incredibly thankful. I know at this time in most of our lives finances are tight. We all have families to care for and bills to pay. The donations that everyone has given will enable me to finally get the dental work I desperately needed. The confidence to pursue a sustainable job and smile (when I am able to remove mask😁). The 300 dollars a month, I was expected to pay, will absolutely be going towards my son's AAU basketball needs and daughter's before school program. Knowing that people, I will never meet, care about my family's well-being is life giving. Thank you.

We Live Paycheck to Paycheck & Need Help With a Dental Surgery Please!

My Story:

I'm a 40-year-old mother of three bright children. My oldest has moved on to college, and I'm extremely proud of them. My 14-year-old son loves basketball and is a growing boy who loves eating all the time! My daughter is about to turn 10 years old, and she's a very kind and whimsical girl. It's hard work for me to balance a full-time, 45+ hours-a-week work schedule with being a loving and devoted mother, but I think I manage it pretty well. When I'm not at work, I spend a lot of time with my children at basketball practice or the park. Jesus is also a huge part of our lives, and we are very active in our church community.

Supporting my family on my own is difficult, and we live pretty much paycheck to paycheck. My children's father isn't in the picture in terms of being able to help out with our expenses, so I have to make sure everything is taken care of on my own. I recently had to have dental surgery done after I lost a tooth a while ago, and the cost of that surgery is more than we can handle while living paycheck to paycheck. Even after using my stimulus money, we are in desperate need of assistance with this bill.

Without this help, I won't be able to complete my dental surgery and will eventually lose my temporary tooth. Getting this assistance is important to my long-term health and financial stability too. It'll ensure that these bills don't go to collections and that I don't fall behind on my rent or other bills, but it'll also allow me to live more confidently. I won't have to be embarrassed about smiling, and I'll be able to move upwards in my career as a CNA more effectively too. Thank you all for your kindness and support, and I promise that I will never forget this assistance.
