I Lost My Job as a Bartender Last Year & Need Help with My Mortgage Please!
My Story:
I'm a 28-year-old bartender, and I own my home and live with my two cats and three dogs. My dogs are named Paul, Arbee, and Taco and my cats are named Jackson and Boo. They've been with me for ten years now, and I love them all more than anything in the entire world. I've always been independent and have always managed to take care of myself, so it's strange and humbling to be in a position where I have to rely on others for help.
That being said, after I lost my job in March of last year, it's been difficult to keep up with all of my financial obligations. I'm hoping to return to the hospitality industry soon, but until then I really need help. Having a mortgage has offered more protection than having a rent, but I'm still worried that being unable to afford my mortgage will have a longstanding negative impact on my finances. I've only been able to manage my mortgage by deferring payments on my water bill, and I need help if I'm going to get out of a position where I'm juggling different bills to make ends meet. That's why I'm humbly asking for help with my mortgage for this month.
If I can get caught up on my mortgage, then I'll be able to take care of all of my other bills too. I'm hoping that things will begin to reopen and that I'll be able to get back on track with all of my monthly bills once that happens. I'm eager to get back to bartending, and I would be extremely grateful for this help in the meantime. Thank you to everyone who generously lends me a hand in keeping my home as I wait to return to work!
