I'm Still Out of Work due to COVID & I Need Help with My Car Insurance Please!
My Story:
I'm a single mother of two young children. We live in a small town, and we don't really have any family to speak of that are nearby. So, since being laid-off due to the pandemic, it's been hard for us to find support anywhere. Everything got harder when my unemployment benefits were frozen a few months ago. So far, I haven't been able to find any way to get them restored, and we've fallen behind on a lot of our bills as a result.
I was working at a hotel before the pandemic began, but even before Covid-19, we were struggling month to month to keep up with all of our bills. I've never really been able to put money away for emergencies because we've tended to live paycheck to paycheck. Basically, Covid-19 has taken our already pretty tenuous situation and made it a lot worse, especially after the loss of our unemployment benefits. Right now, I'm worried about being able to keep a roof over our heads and being able to keep my car on the road. I'm behind on our car insurance bill right now, and I can't afford to take care of it and my rent, so I'm asking for help with that bill.
If I can get my car insurance taken care of, then I'll be able to continue to get around while also having enough money to pay our rent. Genuinely, this assistance would be a lifesaver to me and my children, and we'll be able to make it through this pandemic without losing everything. Without a doubt, we will pay this generosity forward when we're able to, and we want to thank everyone who lends us a hand right now for your kindness and compassion. We will never forget the people who help us.
