I've Lost Hours & Had to Isolate due to COVID. Please Help Me Keep My Home!
My Story:
I'm a hardworking person, and I'm an essential worker at a local warehouse. I'm a hard worker, and I work full-time, but my hours have been reduced due to the pandemic, and I'm having a hard time getting by now.
Normally, I make enough to be independent and to pay all of our bills on time; however, I lost hours at my job because of cutbacks they've had to make due to the pandemic. What really put me into a bad situation though is that I've been out of work sick for a while now, and I've been without any income at all. I'm about a month behind on my rent, and I'm really worried that if I can't catch up soon, I'll be evicted. I'm asking for help with my rent because until I can get back to work and start collecting a paycheck again, I'll have no way of being able to keep my home.
This assistance would immediately get me out of a bad situation and would definitely keep it from getting any worse. As long as I can stay healthy, I can take care of my bills. Really, I just want to get back to work without the fear of losing my home, and this help would do exactly that. I would be incredibly grateful for this extremely generous act, and I'll do my best to pay it forward when I'm able to again.
