I'm an Out of Work Single Mom, & I Need Urgent Help to Keep A Roof Over My Son's Head!
My Story:
I'm a young mother raising my 2-year-old son on my own. It's me and him against the world, and I've always done my best to make sure he has everything that he needs. My son loves sports, especially soccer, and is very outgoing and energetic. Even though he's only 2 years old, he's really smart for his age and has already learned the alphabet and how to count to 100.
I've always worked hard to provide for my small family, but this pandemic has made that incredibly hard. I had to quit my job working for Amazon due to Covid-19, and I also lost my son's caregiver because of the pandemic. Getting him enrolled in an affordable daycare has been nearly impossible, so I'm really struggling to get back to work. To make everything worse, I was doing my best to secure some income by driving for Doordash, but I totaled my car in an accident and can no longer do that. We've run out of savings and are in an extremely desperate situation. If we can't figure something out soon, we'll lose our home.
I'm asking for help with our rent because we'll lose our home if we can't find a way to pay it. We're facing a really desperate situation right now, but I know we can find a way out if we can get some short-term help. I'm searching for work and daycare services for my son every single day, and I know that I'll find something soon. This would be a huge help to us, and I couldn't be more thankful to receive your generous aid. I will do my best to give back to a family like mine in the future, and I promise to never forget the people who help us in our time of need.
