Every Time I've Lost a Job to COVID, I've Found Another & I'm STILL in Danger of Losing My Home!

My Story:

Currently, I live alone after I recently moved to Baton Rouge. I just completed my first year of school, and I'm in school to become a licensed esthetician. I've been putting myself through school by working several different jobs, and currently I work full-time at a gas station. I'm a hard worker, and I have to be in order to put myself through school while also working full-time.

I've been in and out of work for the past few months due to Covid-19 coming and going where I live. I'm thankful to have constantly been able to regain employment, but at the same time, the gaps in employment have really gotten me behind on my bills. My rent is pretty far behind, causing me to receive multiple eviction notices. I know I'm going to lose my home soon unless I can get some help with my rent.

I've worked hard to put myself through school and to pay my bills, but when there's no work there's nothing I can do. Every time I've lost a job to this pandemic, I've been able to find another one, but it's still not enough to keep me going. I really need help if I'm going to be able to keep my home. If I can just get caught back up on my rent, then I'll be able to make it through school and accomplish my dream of becoming an esthetician. I will never forget this help and the people who helped keep me in my home and put me through school. I want to say thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity.
