I Was Injured & I Need Help Keeping the Power on While My Daughter Attends School Remotely!

My Story:

I'm a single mother of one. My daughter just turned 19 and is attending college on a scholarship for Physics and Chemistry. Due to Covid-19, she is at home taking her classes online. I recently suffered a torn rotator cuff and sprained AC joint in my right shoulder. I teach yoga and mindfulness practices at a small private school, and as a yoga instructor, it has been very difficult to manage work and recovery. I am grateful to have my daughter with me, as it is my dominant arm that was injured, so I need help getting around a bit while its in a sling.

Unfortunately, my insurance deductible is extremely high so taking care of my injuries has cost me a lot of money. I'm beginning to regain the strength in my arm and am getting better, but the payments for my treatment have caused me to get pretty far behind on a few of our bills. We recently received a cutoff notice for our electricity, and I need to get that paid so that my daughter can keep taking her classes online. She's been looking for a job, and I really don't want her to work while she's trying to focus on school.

I'm asking for help with our electricity bill because it will allow my daughter to stay in school and to focus on her studies. If we can get this bill out of the way, then I'll be able to keep paying all of my bills on time in the future. I've recovered pretty well from my injuries and can continue to work without any problem, so staying on top of my bills shouldn't be a problem in the future. In the meantime, I really want to make sure my daughter has what she needs to stay in school and to do well. This help would be exactly what we both need right now, and we would be so grateful to receive it. Thank you all for your compassion and kindness, now more than ever.
