I Was Homeless for Months & I Need Help Staying On Track to Keep My New Home!

My Story:

I'm currently the only member of my household after going through a divorce recently. However, I have two adorable cats that I live with and love dearly. Truthfully, my home is a lot more peaceful and quieter now. I also love my job, and I work full-time at a hospice care company. I love going into work every day and feeling like I'm really making a difference to people who need me the most.

I'm recovering from being homeless and am just now starting to get back on my feet. It's been a long road to find stable housing again, but in August I was able to move into my new home thanks to finding Section 8 housing. Still, I'm working my way back and don't have much at all yet. My car broke down recently, leaving me with an unexpected expense there. It has been difficult to stay on top of all of my bills, and I'm currently behind on my electric bill and could use some help catching up

Keeping my power on would free up some income to go towards other bills as well. I would be able to stay on track while recovering from being homeless only a few months ago. I'm a survivor, and I know that I can get back on my feet as long as I can keep my bills up to date. This help would be absolutely crucial to my ability to return to a point of self-sufficiency. Thank you so much for your kindness and for taking the time to read my story.
