I'm a Single Mother About to Lose Everything. Please Help Us with Rent!
My Story:
I am a single mom of three. Prior to the pandemic, I worked as an office manager at an electrical construction company. However, I was laid-off due to the pandemic and have struggled to receive unemployment benefits like many others. My claim was approved, but I have yet to receive any payments on those claims. I have absolutely no income right now and am really struggling to get by.
The most difficult thing for me right now is that my two oldest boys know how hard I am struggling to put food on the table, and I know that it is difficult for them to watch their mom struggle like that. I want to do right by my children, and I want to make sure that they are taken care of. I cannot do that without your help. I need help with my rent first and foremost, and I know that any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
I cannot afford to lose our home. We have nowhere else to go, and I will be out of work for good if we lose our home. I hate that my children have to see me struggle like this and I want to put their minds at ease, but I cannot do that until I know we have secure housing. We would never forget this help. Thank you for your generosity in advance.
