Woman Needs Help with Electricity Bill after Losing Mother
My Story:
I am a single woman living alone, and I work as a CNA and as a sitter. Recently, I have fallen on hard times after losing my car, my mother, and a baby all over the course of two months. These circumstances have taken a huge toll on me and I am taking it a day at a time trying to make it through this struggle.
My hours were reduced at work and so my income has been cut severely. This has forced me to pick and choose what bills to pay, causing me a lot of stress during this already stressful time. Before this, I lived paycheck to paycheck, so I had little to put into savings for an emergency fund. I am currently behind on my electric bill, and I could use some help in order to get caught up.
This funding would keep my lights on while I struggle to get back on my feet. It would also allow me to redirect some of my money towards my other bills as well. This help would be exactly what I need to make it through these dark times. I know that right now things are bleak, but I have hope for the future because I know that there are people out there who have my back and are willing to help me in my time of need. Thank you all for being those people; thank you for your willingness to help others when they need it most.
