I Lost BOTH My Jobs To COVID! Without Help, We'll Be Forced Out of Our Home in Less Than 48 Hours.

My Story:

I am a husband and a father to my 4-year-old son, Manziel. My wife and my son are my entire world and I have been able to take care of them for as long as I can remember. However, recently I lost both of the jobs that I work to the Covid-19 pandemic, putting myself and my family in a very precarious situation financially. I cannot return to work even when it reopens because if I somehow contract the virus and give it to my family, then it will be extremely harmful to my wife's health. She takes medication for arthritis that suppresses her immune system, so any infection like Covid-19 could be potentially fatal for her.

Our situation is even more dire because the unemployment benefits that we were getting by on have expired, cutting our income severely enough to the point where we are unable to make our rent for this coming month. I don't think we can make rent without some help, and so that's why I am humbly asking now.

I want to take care of my family and not have to stress about losing our home. I will continue to search for remote employment, but that is extremely difficult to find right now. I know that with a little bit of help right now, my family can make it through these difficult times, and I can look my son in the eyes someday and say to him 'always give to others, because others are the reason you are where you are right now.' Thank you all for understanding that we are facing a difficult situation and thank you in advance for your generosity.
