A Single Mother Needs Help with a Car Payment
My Story:
I am a single mother to a beautiful, well-natured baby girl. I currently work for a non-profit organization, but due to budget cuts at my job it has been very difficult to take care of mine and my daughters needs as of late. Lately, I am struggling to make payments on my car because I have to choose between making that payment or my rent payment.
My daughter and I need a place to live, but I also need my car to be able to go to work every day so that I can keep a roof over our heads and so that I can keep the lights on. It will be impossible to continue working if my car is repossessed. While our housing is secure currently, I am worried that if I lose my job, I won't be able to make payments towards our rent, thereby putting my daughter and I into a cycle of endless poverty.
If we get this funding it will bring me up to current on all of our payments, and it would allow me to continue to go to work and to provide for my family. This way too, I can take my daughter to daycare everyday so that she can stay happy and healthy. Thank you all for understanding my struggle and thank you for your help in advance.
