The Bills Have Piled Up After I Lost Work to Covid-19. My Family Needs Your Help!
My Story:
I am a single mother to a wonderful daughter who is 18, very energetic, and who loves animals. We both love to spend time playing fetch with our family's 3-legged dog, Luka. I work full-time as an Administrative Assistant at a plumbing company; however, I have not been able to work due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
I earn enough to pay for our basic expenses every month, but we tend to live paycheck to paycheck, so I had no savings set aside when the pandemic hit. My paycheck is my family's only means of income and without it has been difficult to pay our bills.
We need funding to help to pay for our phone bill, for our electric bill, and for our car insurance. I am unable to make these payments after paying all of our other bills and our rent.
This grant will bring our household current with all of our bills again, and it will restore our sense of stability. Your help would set an excellent example for my daughter and I would like for her to see that people can truly make a difference in the lives of others, so that she can pay it forward to someone else in need someday.
