I Struggled for Years to Get Back On My Feet and COVID is Threatening to Put Me Under Again!
My Story:
I am a single mother, and I have been struggling financially for years. Four years ago, I was evicted due to not being able to pay my rent after my job let me go. Since then, it has just been a struggle to get by, and I have had to fight every minute of my life from that point on.
Just as I was beginning to find my feet again, the Covid-19 pandemic hit and got me down on my luck again. This past year has done a number on me emotionally and financially. I was working during the pandemic but got into a car accident and was out of work for four months. Then to make matters worse, I contracted Covid-19 and was out of work for even longer. Needless to say, my life has been extremely difficult lately, and I now need your help with an accommodation bill that I owe the hotel that I have been staying at while looking for a new home.
I have struggled endlessly for almost four years now, and I feel like I never catch the break that I need to make it out of this endless cycle. Your help would be that break I need. This would be huge for me, and it would do a lot to lift my spirits and put me back on track towards being independent and self-sufficient. I cannot begin to thank you enough for taking the time to read my story and for considering my application for your donation. Thank you so much.
