I'm Recovering from the Loss of Both My Parents, but COVID is Going to Force Me Out of My Home Soon!

My Story:

I am a 35-year-old woman, and I live alone with my cat. In my free time, I like to listen to music, cook, and watch movies while cuddling with my cat. I have also started working out frequently in order to live a healthier lifestyle. My parents both passed away a few years ago, and I have just been trying to find my own sense of peace in the aftermath of their passing and during these chaotic times.

I am originally from Indiana but relocated to Texas to help my mom while she was being treated for cancer. After she passed, I decided to plant my roots here and stayed. I was working with a mortgage company, full-time, prior to the Covid-19 pandemic but was laid-off and am now struggling to make ends meet. I need to stay on top of my bills while I search for work, and I really need help if I am going to be able to do that and avoid losing my home. Specifically, I am asking for help with my rent.

This assistance would allow me to stay in my home while I look for work again, and it would give me the peace and stability I need to keep on going through these difficult times. This help would be life changing for me, and it would see me through one of the most difficult periods in my life so far. Thank you for your consideration and kindness.
