My Daughter and I Are Going to Lose Our Home After I Lost My Job to COVID!

My Story:

I am a single mom with a 12-year-old daughter. Together, we love to spend time doing art projects and scavenger hunts. My daughter is really creative and absolutely loves doing arts and crafts. Last year, we lost my only brother, and it has been really hard since then. We mainly keep to ourselves and try to take care of each other the best that we can.

I worked as a bartender for seven years prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. The pandemic has cost me my only source of stable income and has caused my daughter and I to struggle financially. I have been making little charms and wreathes to sell online for a little money, but it has not been anywhere near enough to keep us going. I am backed up on rent right now, so I could really use you help getting caught up. We are asking for you all to please help with our rent for the month so that we can get caught back up on our payments and avoid losing our home.

I am worried that if we do not get help soon, we will lose our home. Your help would keep my daughter and I in our home during these chaotic times, and it would give us the hope that we need to get back on our feet again. Thank you for your consideration and compassion.
