After Being Furloughed, My Family Is Going to Lose Our Home! Please Help Us With Rent!

My Story:

My family and I have been severely impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. It has taken a toll on us mentally, as well as physically after my granddaughter came down with COVID-like symptoms. However even more than the mental and physical effect it has had on us, the pandemic has drained us financially. I was furloughed for a month and was unable to get unemployment soon enough to cover all of my family's expenses.

Unfortunately, the unemployment was too little too late, so now we are behind on a few of our bills. To make matters worse, we recently had a death in the family that we have had to cover funeral costs for, thereby draining us even more financially. We have fallen behind on paying our electricity bill and our lot rent for our trailer, and I am afraid that if we do not catch up soon, we will lose service and be evicted.

Some help with these payments would be a blessing to my family because it would allow us to catch up on our bills. I am back to work now and am able to sustain my family, but we cannot catch up on these outstanding bills if we do not get some help.
